This was fun and 8.5kg higher than my previous PR! I did something weird however on the last lift that tightened up everything in my traps which is still sore today even with rolling and stretching and heating. Ouch!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. That's the only description required for this lung burner. There was no 'rest' piece of this WOD. Horrible. BUT... I got it done which is what it's all about. My legs really felt dead during the burpees as a result of the box jumps but did it... some days that enough.
