As a note - 39 degree (102 F) weather is not conducive to working out without air-conditioning so I waited out the day as much as I could and got these two done at 6:30pm on my front porch - life is good.

I was really stoked with my squats on this one - last time we did a tabata WOD like this (a week or so ago) I was pacing myself off of Tim to keep up the speed on the squats and I think I got 141 so was hoping to match that if possible and somehow managed to keep a steady 20 squats per round which was wicked.
Bonus WOD (to even out my numbers on the Holiday Challenge WOD)

(still avoiding the burpees at all costs -ugh!)
