Crossfit fundamentals day 3....

Today we did presses, burpees and presses...

WOD
AMRAP - 10 minutes
10 push presses
10 thrusters
10 bar jumps
managed 7/12 rounds at 8kg

was good though my arms were screaming every time between the presses and thrusters...

I'm really starting to love this and see why people get addicted... I'm in.

Tomorrow - much deserved rest and lots of sleeeeeep...

Also - weighed at the doctor's this morning - 74.8kg (164.9lbs)
