Goals

These are my current Crossfit Goals (updated January 13, 2012):

-5 unassisted pull-ups (can currently do 2 consecutive kipping)
-handstand walk across the box (currently can get from window to second wood panel)
-5 handstand pushups in a row (can do 2 in a row down to a cushion on a plate)
-complete flight simulator WOD (5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5 consistent DU's) - currently max DU's is 52 (done once) so this will be a challenge one day
-muscle-up (this is a lofty goal but one day)

Other Fitness Related Goals
-complete the Doctor Surfski Race (2013)
-run the Gold Coast Marathon (or half marathon) - July 1st, 2012

-run a 10k under 1 hour (PR - 1:00:47 - 2011 Vancouver Sun Run)

-drink 4 liters of water a day minimum (achieving more consistently due to heat)
-cliff climbing (at least once every two weeks)
-race at the Gorge and Wildside races this year (Columbia River, WA - July 2012)
