Paleo Food - Day 19

Breakfast
banana shake with coconut milk, almond butter and protein powder
1 tsp udon 369 oil

Lunch
sausages with mushrooms and onions

Snack
half a mango
watermelon
grapes
handful of almonds
2 slivers of biltong

Dinner
all natural chicken sausages stir fried with mushrooms and onion
pumpkin puree with a bit of sea salt
half a mango
watermelon

Hydration
Morning/Afternoon - 1L berry/water mixed
Evening - 1L berry water

Fruit Snack
