Paleo Food - Day 14

Breakfast (7am)
banana/blueberry shake with almond milk and protein powder

Second Breakfast (10:30am)
2 scrambled eggs
small slice of cajun roast beef

Lunch (2pm)
chicken and stir-fried veggies with zucchini ribbons
large grapefruit
1 slice paleo banana bread

Snack
apple

Hydration
Morning - 1L berry water, 0.5L filtered water
Afternoon - 1.5L filtered water
Evening - 0.5L water
