small rocket salad with cherry tomatoes

all natural chicken sausages stir fried with mushrooms and onion
pumpkin (squash?) puree with a bit of sea salt (yummy!)
Hydration
Morning/Afternoon - 1L filtered water
Evening - 1L berry/carbonated water mixed
