Finished the Pacific Road Runners "First Half" half marathon this morning in just under 2:28... everything from my waist down currently hurts.
The rain held off and the sun even made an appearance which made the morning great.
I'm nourished, showered and full of ibuprofen... sitting here with ice and about to nap... full race report later.
*any time would have been a PR as it's the first half marathon I did.
