35 days to go... my workout

I really don’t want to go for a run but… as Ben said (paraphrasing) “I’m thinking about it and therefore should just be doing it”

Off I go… (and it’s still sunny)

Went for that run...
about 4 miles (6.4km)
about 42 minutes
5 on 1 x 7ish
My gps wouldn't find any satellites for a while so I just started running hence the approximations.
Quick arm workout afterwards
bench press (10 lb dumbbells)
seated row (10lb dumbbells)
biceps (10lb dumbbells)
triceps (15 lbs)
two sets of 12
