3/26 – 5km Run

This was a good one.  I was itching to go for a run and my legs definitely went.  I was somewhat fueled by anger/ frustration/ emotions which I think helped but it felt good to just go and not stop.  I ran the usual 5km route through Freo and didn’t really look at the time on my watch until I stopped.  I was really happy to be sub-30 minutes (this is a big deal for me who professes to hate running most days).
