4/1 – SUP


WOD
Approx. 2km SUP

Another easy weekend workout.  It was nice just getting out on the boards and playing around in all the boat wake that was out there.  We didn’t go too far but it was enough for my shoulders to feel it (don’t want to push it too much). 

Played around afterward with some kick turns and such and I managed to fall in about 4 times.  Cam was there to document it too. 

It was a good day and a bit of extra practice before the next race which is coming up on April 28th.  Cam is going to do it as well so we’re both in for a 5km.  Should there be another wager?
