3/31 – Sunday Run

2.5km Run
Approx. 16 minutes

Little shake out run on a Sunday morning with Cam.  We both had hurting lungs right from the start so cut the route shorter than normal which was okay.  Nothing spectacular but at least I got out and did something over the long weekend to keep everything moving.

He ran off to redo 13.4 after this (without mentioning it) and he said that this run likely helped him post the better score.  Unfair!  Haha.
