Paleo Food - Day 18

Breakfast (7am)
banana (2 small bananas) shake with almond milk and protein powder

Snack
apple

Lunch
two poached eggs
half an avocado
two slices back
small rocket salad with cherry tomatoes

Snack
almonds
2 small plums

Dinner
all natural chicken sausages stir fried with mushrooms and onion
pumpkin (squash?) puree with a bit of sea salt (yummy!)

Hydration
Morning/Afternoon - 1L filtered water
Evening - 1L berry/carbonated water mixed
