Primal Food - Day 3

Breakfast
2 poached eggs with 1 cup green cabbage fried in water

Snack
banana with 2 tablespoon almond butter

Lunch
coconut crusted chicken breast
baby broccoli

Snack
apple with almond butter

Dinner
beef burger with avocado, caramelized onions, tomato and spinach

Hydration
Morning - 1.5L filtered water
Afternoon - 1.5L filtered water
Evening - 0.5L water
